Global Goes Local – Northern Diplomacy and Local Governance

Featuring mayors from large municipalities in all Arctic eight nations, this roundtable discussion will highlight the role of local government in responding to Arctic challenge and opportunity. Work sessions will focus on climate change, economic development, capacity building and service delivery.
