Speakers will present updates on activities that occurred between 2015 and 2017, related to but separate from official Arctic Council efforts. Alaska leaders will act as moderators, interpreting the implications for and importance to the state. Moderators include Brian Rogers, Karen Perdue and Craig Fleener, in cooperation with and input from Alaska community, business, policy and traditional leaders.
